It really helps the transition from intern to full-time because I feel like I’ve started right where I left off. I didn’t have any nerves on the first day because I knew exactly what was expected and the way that everyone worked in the company. It made the transition super easy because by the time the end of the internship rolled around, I was doing projects that a full-time engineer would be doing.”  – Hannah, Architectural Designer  ![Dialectic_Intern_3_Hannah-Engelland](https://www.dialecticeng.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Dialectic_Intern_3_Hannah-Engelland.jpeg?width=374&height=500&name=Dialectic_Intern_3_Hannah-Engelland.jpeg) #### What made you want to join full-time?  --- “I enjoyed the environment Dialectic provided. I feel there is a strong support system, which is something I value in where I work. This made the transition from student to employee much easier. There is also great mentorship here, which has helped me to grow in my professional career. I appreciated the opportunity to be doing real world work as an intern. I also liked how much I was learning, which made me very excited to work here full time.”  – Mary, Marketing & Sales Associate ![Mary Allmon_374x500_BW1](https://www.dialecticeng.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Mary%20Allmon_374x500_BW1.jpg?width=374&height=500&name=Mary%20Allmon_374x500_BW1.jpg) ![us-engineering-map](https://www.dialecticeng.com/hs-fs/hubfs/us-engineering-map.png?width=125&height=81&name=us-engineering-map.png) ## Licensed in All 50 States [Contact Us](https://www.dialecticeng.com/contact/?hsLang=en) - [Services](https://www.dialecticeng.com/services) - [Expertise](https://www.dialecticeng.com/expertise) - [About](https://www.dialecticeng.com/about) - [Careers](https://www.dialecticeng.com/about/careers) - [Insights & News](https://www.dialecticeng.com/insights) - [Contact Us](https://www.dialecticeng.com/contact) [**Contact Us:**](https://www.dialecticeng.com/contact/kansas-city-mep?hsLang=en) 310 W. 20th St Ste 100, Kansas City, MO 64108 816.997.9601 [ContactUs@DialecticEng.com](mailto:ContactUs@DialecticEng.com)   [![dialectic-engineering-logo-white](https://www.dialecticeng.com/hubfs/dialectic-engineering-logo-white.png)](https://www.dialecticeng.com?hsLang=en) © 2026 Dialectic Engineering
