Robert Harris Named Interim CEO at Dialectic Engineering

Dialectic's board of directors has appointed Robert Harris, P.E., as interim chief executive officer (CEO). Harris has been with Dialectic since 1993 and was one of several owners of the firm before it officially became an ESOP company in 2016. He will continue as Chief Technical Officer, a role he was promoted to in October 2023. 

"Culturally, we’re in a good place and I want to focus on making sure all of our employees feel supported and that the distribution of work is managed," said Harris.
