Annual Party a Big Hit

Annual Party a Big Hit

Dialectic Engineering recently hosted our Annual Party, where we gathered with our friends and family to watch the Kansas City Monarchs minor league team take on the Houston Apollos!

We rented out four suites to host around 100 of our employees and their family members. Attendees were able to hang out with the Monarchs’ mascot, and watch the Monarchs take home a 2-0 win. Our own Chief Business Officer Marcus Howell and his daughter were on-hand to throw out the first pitch.

The Kansas City Monarchs are named after the historic Monarchs team that played in the Negro Leagues from 1920 to 1965. The original Monarchs produced some of the most well-known players of the time, including Satchel Paige, Jackie Robinson and Buck O’Neil.

At Dialectic, we place just as much emphasis on our culture as we do our work – something that has earned us the honor of being named one of the Best Places to Work in Kansas City! If you’re interested in learning more about how we mix fun and culture into everything we do, head to our Careers page.
